Kohl's

Great place for shopping 🛍️ located in the shopping 🛒 mall with other branded shops located in the area. Car 🚗 parking available for wheelchair customers and access for them to the stores is also there. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Masks are compulsory and Sanitisers kept in handy. They are hiring staff. Huge store 🏬 with friendly staff. Many products available for regular use. Self driven vehicle 🚜 for use by seniors kept in the beginning.

I used to like Kohl’s quite a bit. The last few I’ve been to have been extremely disappointing though. The organization, at least in the mens and shoe departments, is lackluster. Items thrown everywhere, items on hangars indicating the wrong size. It just seems like the folks working these departments don’t care, or there just isn’t any staff on. Cashier lanes were empty, aside from a few folks working the customer service counter. Some sections of the mens department were essentially bare or just complete chaos in the form of clearance racks with full price merchandise mixed in. One of the biggest signs that nobody really is working these areas was the dead price signs. Multiple showed dead battery indicators or were not synchronized, so I couldn’t figure out prices of anything unless it was tagged. Also, really disappointed with the lack of big and tall available at multiple locations. Mens big and tall used to be a sure bet at Kohl’s, but now I can only really depend on it for lounge and activewear. The more dressy stuff is limited to literally a few items (button downs were sparse or not in stock at all) and just a complete mess. In fact, at this store, an employee was seemingly working on organizing a shelf of pants but didn’t have a cart or place to store items, so she just threw items on the floor as she was working. Service in these places is seemingly non existent. While I saw employees on the floor, it seemed like they’d rather run away from me than interact and ask if I need assistance as I walk around in a confused way… just disappointed. Didn’t buy anything because what I could find wasn’t available in the sizes I needed or the price wasn’t justifiable for a name I’ve never heard of.

I encountered world class customer service by sales associate Sony. She helped me find a sports jacket I purchased and other products as well as signing me up for a Kohl's credit card. I have not encountered better customer service. Also, Megan, a manager, was very friendly and helpful. But, MANY KUDOS to Sony. She was outstanding, knowledgeable, professional and certainly is the main reason I would again visit this store.

Never seem to have what I need. I wear a tall and their tall selection seems to always be either a large tall or a 4xl tall. Never the size I need (xl tall which always seems to be in stock with all of their competitors). On top of that when you manage to find a staff member and you ask about out of stock sizes, they seem reluctant to even talk to you let alone help you. I walked out after 20 minutes of "help" without buying anything because buying a shirt shouldn't be a scavenger hunt for where someone "might have put them" instead of on the clearly labeled rack they belong. The staff also shouldn't spend that time talking about how no one there knows how to do their job right (of course except for the girl that was "helping" me). I'll continue to only use them for Amazon return drop off and nothing else.

However I have to say I am not very impressed with your website.I had difficulties because I do not have a Kohl’s credit card your customer service representative refused to help as well. It is very disappointing that I almost missed being able to use my kohls cash because of this.
